In 1903, Filomena set sail from her native Calabria to Buenos Aires, carrying with her a way of cooking rooted in tradition: pizza made with care, handmade pasta, and the recipes for her incredible homemade sauces. Her passion for Italian cuisine was passed down through generations, reaching this third generation, who now pay her a heartfelt tribute in the form of a restaurant.
